RICARDO CIDALE | CEO
Ricardo Cidale is an industry pioneer and CEO of LabOne Systems. Ricardo has an impressive history as an executive with major global brands, including Real Networks, Dell Computers and Compaq Corporation, running their market development, Internet and media systems groups, and currently serves on the board of directors of several Internet companies. Ricardo is a digital media expert, and has been an integral part of landmark projects in both the US and abroad. His work was instrumental in the development and implementation of MovieFly (now MovieLink), which involved most of the major Hollywood studios, and MusicNet, which was the first legal distributor of music online backed by the major record labels. He also managed the RealNetworks digital media business, commanding significant share lead in the United States, Southern Europe, Latin America, and U.S. Hispanic markets. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a post-graduate degree in Corporate Governance from IBMEC in Brazil.
REYNALDO FAGUNDES | PRESIDENT AND COO
Reynaldo Fagundes is the founder of LabOne and one of the pioneers of the online digital media phenomenon. As Chief Operating Officer, Reynaldo developed and marketed LabOne’s innovative Media-iBox platform throughout the Americas and Southern Europe. Reynaldo Fagundes is an expert in many digital media related fields, such as digital audio/video compression, multimedia management/delivery and cryptography.
Reynaldo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo, and has worked on several research projects related to data compression and cryptography.
Reynaldo holds a silver medal in the 34th International Math Olympiad, Hong Kong.

ADRIANO VIANNA | DIRECTOR, SALES
As sales director at LabOne since 2004, Adriano is responsible for the company’s enterprise sales. Adriano manages international sales for Internet portals, media and communication groups and entertainment companies in Latin America, Portugal, Spain and the United States. Prior to joining LabOne, Vianna was Sales and Marketing Director at Gemco Creative Software, a company that develops ERP systems. Adriano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (1985) from UFRJ – Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He also holds post-graduate degrees in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis (1987) from PUC-Rio de Janeiro.
