LabOne’s Professional Services team is ready to shape Media-iBox into audio and video applications in a rapid deployment mode. In fact, LabOne has done so for nearly a decade, and since media first started to be delivered over IP networks. Be it an Online Music Store, Digital Photo Album, Digital Asset Management Systems or anything-else-digital-media, LabOne’s Professional Services will help design, build and operate the system at the level and intensity needed by the customer, and for as long as needed.

The Professional Services team will provide:

• Technical support and upgrades to licensed LabOne products
• Design and systems architecture services
• Customization of Media-iBox software
• Ad-Hoc digital media-centric programming
• Template creation
• Train-the-trainer and end-user training
• On-site and/or remote assistance contracts

LabOne’s Professional Services team works in parallel with core development and reports into the Company’s CTO organization.
